Returns

Returns are possible by prior agreement only.

If the item does not fit, was ordered by mistake, or the buyer changes their mind, the buyer is responsible for all costs related to the return. This includes return shipping, original shipping costs, import duties, taxes, handling fees, and any other carrier or delivery service charges.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received. They must not be used, damaged, modified, installed, or disassembled.

Lost Parcels

In the rare case when a parcel appears to be lost, please contact us first. We will open an official investigation with the postal operator.

When the shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the postal operator, compensation or refund will be processed according to the postal operator’s decision and international postal rules.
